We have just made user groups available on Awareness Platform. You can now assign users to multiple groups. Just create group from the menu and assign users.
Assign group owners
Each group has one or more group owners. Owners can view progress an statistics for the users in their groups. The global administrator can still view all users.
Automatic group mapping
You can create rules that automatically assign users to groups using the new group mapping functionality. The rules can be based on several attributes (such as the domain name in the e-mail address). If you are using OAuth for login, you can also use the fields coming from Office 365. The rules are automatically checked and executed every time a user logs in.
Groups in CSV user import
You can also add users to groups during a CSV import. Just add a column in your CSV that lists the groups separated by commas.
